Anita dropped into Terrace Gardens to collect a First Aid Kit and hand gel for The Arcade in Buccleuch Gardens (where GG Richmond store their gardening equipment for their sponsored plots) .

What should have been a quick task morphed into a mammoth gardening session at The Three Pigeons plot, removing grass and other weeds to allow the plants we want to flourish to have more light, space, water and nutrients.

8 small fushia plants were the first new plants to go into the space created and there are lots of annuals that we have been growing from seed that are now ready to go in next week.
