Tonight saw 11 of us run to Shepherd's Bush. As it was a little shorter than our usual run, we stopped off at Brook Green on the way for a few circuits and sprints!

Once at the Edward Woods Community Centre we started our jobs for the evening - weeding the paths and Nursery and Main gardens to get them ready for re-planting for Spring. 4 full bin bags full of weeds later and we were ready to leave.

Our route back took a detour thanks for Will's local knowledge and we took on the hill that leads to Holland Park (which shall henceforth be known as "The Badass hill"!).

Back at base we were treated to a rather yummy Pandang cake courtesy of the very generous Jason. An amazing feather-light green to reward our 'green-fingered-ness'!! Another lovely evening of running, doing some good, chatting and cake - what more could you possible want on a Tuesday evening?!
