I gave M, my former coach, a call as her new coach runner had said that she’s feeling very isolated and could do with some extra regular contact. It was lovely to catch up with her - I told her all about the face masks that I’ve been making this weekend. Also caught up on each other’s family news and, of course, had a rant about politics. Looking forward to speaking again soon
