GoodGym Postal service. Hope we don't get the sack!

October is Stockport's Equality Month, where organisations across the region deliver a while host of free programmes and activities aimed at spreading awareness of issues surrounding equality.

Sector 3 had a batch of leaflets and posters that needed delivering to businesses across the town to promote all of the wonderful activities that were going on.

That's where GoodGym 'stepped' in!

We started our hefty 10km run at Life Leisure Avondale in a typically Manc climate. Rainy and cold (but with warmth in our hearts!)

We navigated a circular route hitting off all the stops along the way and spreading the word and the leaflets for Equality Month.

Kirsty managed to keep her hair dry, Pete got a winning Chinese And we delivered all the leaflets.

Not too shabby for a rainy Tuesday run!
