Sheila cycled to Windsor to visit Mrs F, a 93-year old who is recovering from a stroke and is trying to regain full mobility. As soon as I got there, she said how much she would love to go outside, so we went on a little walk around her close. When we got back, we set to to do the exercises she had been left by the physio, as she has to do these when someone else is present. We both had a good work-out! She is a delightful lady who is full of fun, and determined to stay independent, and I think she will succeed!
