Mr L was once allotment king of his block. He had an accident while shooing away some pesky cat intruders and could no longer manage the task. We can confirm the neighbouring cat is a bit sassy and so we practiced our shoos too. So Jess and Vix stepped in one bright morning to weed, strim and learn all about allotment management. Mr L and his family were very welcoming and goodcups (of tea) were had by all. Jess and Vix also went on to have brunch afterwards at local cafe 'Goodcup', for more cups, this time coffee. And it was just what the doctor ordered. It's now raining in London so glad we got our vitamin D while we could!

The garden is looking strimmed to perfection, no? Quite a lot of upper arm work but we toughed it out like troopers.
