On this night of all nights 17 sun hungry GoodGymers ran 5k whilst shifting and lifting equipment from the ground floor to the second for Rhythms of life.

Rhythms of life is a charity that works predominantly with rough sleepers. They rely on the good will of others to help make the world a better place for those in need.

They were asked to leave their premises only a few days ago as where they were based had been sold. With not much time or resources to play with they managed to get things from A-B but now for the hard work, getting everything from the ground floor to the basement, the first and the second floor.

After a half a mile jog we took the lead from Andrew. Green stickers second floor, half stickers first floor, no stickers basement. On 3 lets go. Up and down the steps we went, lamp shades, fridges, cabinets, flower pots, shopping trolleys, food, EVERYTHING but the kitchen sink.

As they say, many hands make light work and in 40mins the ground floor was bare. A few pictures and some goodbyes later we were floating through Regent's Park on a cloud of good will. After Some technique work, intervals lots of sweat and smiles we headed back to base for some well earned H20. As always my friends, thank you for your time..
