Gift aid

I jogged to the pharmacy in the sunshine and waited outside for a little while. When I got in I had a nice chat with the pharmacist, including an explanation about GoodGym. I was on my way out of the store when the pharmacist ran after me with a small gift box saying that she wanted me to have it and to keep up the good work, which was such a kind thing to do! I ran to deliver the prescription feeling great and I didn't even mind when I got a bit lost. I arrived to Mr M's and he was really appreciative as he hasn't been able to get out for a long time. We had a good chat from a safe distance and he was pleased to talk to someone and get some sunshine on his face. I let him know that I was glad to have been able to help and to have a reason to get out for a run.
