This was a second visit to Mrs E who has failing eyesight and needed help getting her paperwork in order. As the same runner had also attended the first session, she was familiar with the filing system, and Mrs E knew exactly what she wanted, so good progress was made. By the end of the session, the pile of paperwork needing sorting was reduced but still not eliminated
