Today I tried to pay a visit to Mrs D, and wanted it it a bit more special, as it was her 90th birthday this weekend. So I baked some sugar free chocolate muffins, as I happen to know she loves chocolate but doesn't have much, due to her diet... As I got there, I found that she had been taken to the hospital. I was really sorry to hear that and I really hope she is doing better and will get back home soon. The muffins will go in the freezer, waiting for her return!
