Mr. S got the privilege of getting his shopping funded by GoodGym. I gave him a call prior to heading out to Sainsbury's in Forest Hill to get his goods. Since his flat didn't have any stove, I had to get him lots of frozen foods - pizzas, ready meals and ice cream. There were other bits and bobs, but in total the shop came up to under £14.

It was a seven minute walk to his place from the supermarket and he was very grateful for the shop....even insisted of shaking my hand... 🙄
