Form filling can be an art form when you're in form

Mr M's wife has major difficulties walking and so he wanted to apply for a blue badge so that they can park nearer to the shops when going out. The only issue was they didn't have a computer to complete the form. Luckily their good friend Mrs G was on hand with an iPad, and after establishing that the application should be made out for Mrs A (Mr M's wife) rather than himself, we set about gathering the necessary information and documents for the application. This took some time as they had to go back from the common area to their flat more than once, but eventually we had everything we needed. The form was quite a challenge, requiring a lot of information about the disability and existing support, but eventually we managed to get it submitted, much to the delight of Mr M and Mrs A. Mrs G was also over the moon. Lucky I was in form for today's mission!
