"Food parcels" instead of "Food parcel"

The task was helping Mrs. S to collect "food parcel" from food bank. I expected this should be a easy task and I was excited for visiting a food bank for the first time. When I have arrived, I started worrying as I saw people queue up in front of me bringing with several bags and trolley bag but I was empty handed. When I entered the food bank, Thanks God that all the "food parcels" for Mrs. S was well packed with her name tags. Also, one of the volunteer offered Mrs. S an extra bag of cold food and of course I was happy to get it for her. The food bank is well organised which provide variety items to meet people's need.
When I arrived Mrs. S place, I found her flat are located on top floor. I didn't think much and lifted all bags at the same time via the narrow staircase as I needed to hurry back for work. My arms a bit sour after it but I felt kind of satisfied.
