4 GoodGymers made their way to help the North Paddington Foodbank in Brent.

4 fine runners attended St lukes food bank, Alice from Italy, it was her first time at Goodgym, well done Alice, and Sabina Amy and Pete. I We helped sort their food into the right crates, clear the room and stack and put away all the food and tables, a good job well done and they were very grateful.
