I thought i’d go to the Highbury Fields Parkrun on the way to to help Ms J this morning, my first since lockdown.
Was so nice seeing over 200 people take part!
After picking up shopping for Ms J, I was on my way to hers with a weighted run. After dropping off the shopping and a quick catch up I was on my way to Mission #2
