Mrs E has very poor eyesight and her paperwork has accumulated around the house for the last few months since her step-daughter is no longer able to help her. She is normally a very organised person, and the lack of order and being unable to find particular documents has been getting her down. She knew exactly how she would like her filing system to work and she was ready with folders for me to label up, and then we could get to work together, sorting through the piles of paperwork and placing them in the appropriate files. At the same time, we had a lovely chat and found we had several things in common. She loved having someone to talk to, as she lives her her own. Although we made really good progress, there are several piles of documents that still need sorting and I have requested that another session is listed in order to complete the task
