Two Goodgymers helped out at St Paul's Summer fête to help host a great community event, whilst also raising some much needed funds for their roof restoration work.

The work we got involved with included helping out with the setting up of the event, distributing leaflets for the event, litter picking the event and surrounding area, and then selling raffle tickets whilst the fête was underway. This was all under the great coordination of Josie who was the volunteer coordinator for the event.

Amy put in a great shift and knew the best areas to deliver leaflets to and was also great at selling raffle tickets.

It was a fun event and they had a mix of food and drink stalls, music, classic cars, tours of the church and a visit from the Mayor.
