Today’s mission was to collect a prescription and deliver it to Mrs D. It was a great day to be outside but a bit too hot for running.

Nonetheless, I ran to Boots to pick up the prescription and was very grateful for the twenty minute queue. Having cooled down a bit and got my breath back, I ran to Mrs D’s house. She’s a lovely lady who was very grateful for the delivery of her medication and upon opening the door, she was happy to see what a beautiful day it was.

After leaving Mrs D’s I ran back past Throop Mill and through Holdenhurst village. Having run 12km, I decided to walk the remaining kilometre back home to recover.
