Ex-squeeze me?!

Jatin and I were warmly welcomed by Mr P’s family as the muscle to help prepare the downstairs for his return from hospital. Yup, it was Saturday morning furniture Tetris time! Rumour had it that the sofa arms came off but it took a while before we worked out how (tip: look for a zip). once arms were off, and any and all pictures and delicate ornaments were removed from our path, we - Jatin, Rebecca, and son Sean - squeezed, shoved, lifted, rammed, manoeuvred, manipulated, rotated, turned, and pushed the sofa through 2 rooms, 4 doorways, and up 1 flight of stairs to its new home. A little more rearranging of cabinets and Mr P’s bed downstairs and we were done. Bonus find for the family: a tenner under the sofa!
