1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

This was the third visit in a row for me to Ms F to help her with some shopping for the week, including some important tea bags, so I’m at expert level in her local supermarket now!
Shopping delivered, we had a nice chat Including how we are looking forward to finally getting haircuts after months of wild hair and if you can freeze milk (yes)!
