M phoned me as she was feeling really lonely - she couldn’t get into bed as she has had a back injury and couldn’t reach to turn on the TV or radio, and felt like the evening was never-ending. I was in the middle of a flute practice but happy to stop and lend an ear, and checked if there was anyone I could call to help her. We talked about how she could work through the photo albums that she’s been putting together as they’re in arm’s reach and agreed that I’ll give her a call tomorrow
