1 GoodGymer made their way 2.0km to help their local community in Trafford.

It was just me, myself and I on last night's run/ task due to holidays, illness etc
still, never one to back down from a challenge, i managed to dig up, clear and weed half of the big flower bed. I'll go back again and finish it next week
Never mind the drizzle, was an excellent workout and half a job well done!
