James Samina Bekah Tabitha and Pete met on a cold evening at Brent Mencap in Willesden which is our (temporary) new home.

We left our bags and did a warm-up session. We didn't have a task booked, instead we were going for a run around the local area. Pete was doing some filming for his LirF (Leadership in running fitness) course with regards to becoming a future run leader, so he lead on the run with Tabitha supervising and being back-marker.

We jogged to Roundwood park then did a single line back to front running exercise on the route back. We then did some pairs jogging up and back on a local small hill, with Samina and Tabitha running together and James and Bekah running together practising running upright, using armlift to help with the running action. Tabitha took some photos. We then jogged back to Brent Mencap after completing around 4k and did a short cool-down session.

We celebrated Samina's birthday with some delicious Basque country pastry dessert that Samina and her mother had made and a quick drink in a local Irish boozer!

Great session guys!
