Don’t stop till you drop!

A food shop and delivery this chilly morning for the lovely Ms J.

After her favourite bread being out of stock last week I managed to find it today at my local branch. Having filled up my rucksack with the majority of the shopping, I ran with the weight to Ms J.

Ms J was ever so grateful for the shopping as always. After a quick chat, I was on my way to task #2...

The ‘drop’ element of the pun is in relation to me taking a drop whilst running on the canal towpath 🤫😳 Thankfully no injuries and after a very kind stranger helped me up and a quick stretch I was running again!!
