Dinner dash
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Ms M has some health issues and can't get out to the shops for supplies. I popped into the local supermarket to get her dinner ingredients and some other household essentials. We had a lovely chat afterwards about family, community and connection to things and people that give you comfort.
