Same as last week I set out on the walk to Balham Community centre where the Sunday Best volunteers were cooking up a large number of meals ready for delivery to vulnerable folks in SW London. I was early and so whilst waiting got to meet the meal preparation team. Much discussion about spices! My delivery was in Earlsfield so not too far and the meal was still warm on arrival.
