A Mrs J. was stuck in the position of being unable to sort out a delivery of her prescription after her normal delivery method was unavailable after a vehicle breakdown. Due to shielding she isn't "supposed" to go out and her nearest family members were unavailable at work. I recieved an email from Emma asking if I could attend as I was nearby and still on her list from a month or 2 back as being able to help out. GoodGym to the rescue and when delivering ended up having a good 5 minute chat and had this been in other times a cuppa would have been accepted !
