Mr F is a fellow Feltham resident. He is self-isolating and needed some medical supplies fairly urgently. I went to his pharmacy and thankfully they had everything set aside for him, as it had all been arranged the day before by the same lady on the counter. I then quickly made my way to his house and we had a good chat about our local happenings. It turns out he was also a keen runner, mainly short distance sprints. It was lovely to speak with him and he appreciated the help with receiving his medication.
