Ms F welcomed me and asked me to sit down while she was looking for her Waitrose card, which was mistakenly placed on the table with other stuff. She found it while explaining her list to me. Honestly she could have done her list accordingly layout of the shop which could have saved me time walking up and down of the shop. I also exchanged her free papers before popping in next door to Robert Dyas to rescue her charger which did help her to revive her gadgets. All went well and she was very appreciative.
