Cutting it Vine

I managed to time it between showers to visit Mrs M's garden which had become a bit overgrown with brambles and bindweed. I managed some progress with a strimmer, but found it easier pulling up the bind weed by hand and cutting through the brambles with my secateurs. Mrs M seemed pleased with the result, though perhaps another session would be nice to dig up the remaining bramble roots. I filled 7 bin bags with garden waste and took a bag of glass bottles home to recycle. I enjoyed the walk home through Tooting and Wimbledon and stopped to enjoy some cricket on the way.
