Mission

Curtain call? The show-er must go on!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Frances and James hot-footed it across London to help Ms J get her shower curtain back up.

Hottest day of the year you say? That’s not going to stop a GoodGym mission from going ahead. Especially as it sanctions an official post-mission ice lolly.

James and Frances visited Ms J’s place where she needed help in her bathroom. The previous weekend the rod holding up her shower curtain had fallen down and it was a bit high and tricky for her to fix herself. We were only too happy to lend a hand.

We got the shower rod back up then re-hung the shower curtain so things were returned to normal for Ms J. Before we left we helped her check her power meter against her bill before she very kindly let us fill up our water bottles before departing again into the heat.

It was lovely to meet Ms J and the cherry on top was a delicious cool ice lolly to celebrate our good deed.
