I visited M at hospital again today. After passing the temperature check with a cool 36.4, I was back on the ward. M was definitely a bit brighter, at least for the most part, and was so grateful for my visit. She was much more interested in others and the world today so I gave her an update on life and showed her some recent photos of my niece and nephew - lovely to see her face light up at that moment. After a deluge which I waited out at the ward, I ran home with a bit of a shower to keep me cool
