Common grounds

I had my first visit with Mr D this morning, and we instantly found an instant connection through our football team (let's just say, by far the greatest team the world has ever seen).

He is also a big rugby fan and used to be a player himself. My knowledge of rugby isn't much but we managed to find other common grounds such as our lines of work, where we like to walk, St Paddy's parades and cats.

He then shared his latest favourite music, which I had never heard of but we listened together. I won't say I'm a convert but I did appreciate the symphony rock (yes it's a genre) and the songs.

A lot to pack into an hour, so naturally it went by fast!
