Come and Join GoodGym!

Sheila set up a stall representing Goodgym at the Health and Wellbeing Fayre for Older Men in Maidenhead Library. It was organised by Mens Matters and was attended by lots of organisations who can help out in later life. Quite a few of our mission referral partners were there, so it was great to catch up with them. Amy came to join me for a while before she had to dash off for school pickup, so it was great to have some company and have a bit of a catch-up. Our main focus was on trying to recruit more Goodgym volunteers, both for community missions and befriending visits. Lots of people showed some interest, and it was encouraging that many had heard of us and our activities. Let's see if its translates into some more members
