Meanwhile in Westminster on a beautiful summers evening we the plan for the evening was a simple one. Take a room filled with junk and get rid of most it.

Where? St Andrews youth centre aka the oldest youth centre in the world.

Now why were we doing this? because once the room was cleared it would leave the the space free to set up a tee shirt printing project for the young people in the local area and at St Andrews.

Now of course nothing was going to be that easy, so in order to maximise the time spent on location we met on location and instead of going for a run there and run back EVERY 5-7 minutes a buzzer would go off and the beautiful talented volunteers would go for a 350m rep at full speed to then return to the task at hand.

In total in took us just over an hour to have everything cleaned, tidied, organised and what needed to be thrown away or recycled was thrown away or recycled.

As if the guys and girls hadn't done enough for the evening once the task was finished they once again attacked the block for a series of reps. 1 x 350m 1 mins rest, 2x350m 2 mins rest, 3x 350m 3 mins rest and then a tour of the building.

Thanks for those of you who came out. Normal business will resume next week.
