Today’s shop for the lovely Mr J was a bit trickier than normal as it was Eid and a lot of the stalls and shops weren’t open as a result. Fortunately the man at the shop selling mops had been to early prayers so I was able to replace the one that the carers had wrecked.

The rest was almost entirely heavy fruit and veg and the trolley was bulging by the time I had finished.
