The FANTASTIC FOUR ran from Shaw Lane to what will be the new center for the ELIM church to help REGAL RICHARD with the ongoing work needed to bring the building up to scratch to be used regularly.
On arrival Richard showed us a cupboard to be cleared of everything in preparation for a new boiler to be put in. We made quick work of the lifting and shifting which had a stair set on each leg meaning we were getting a reyt gud workout at the same time!
The team were fantastic with 'MR MUSCLE' on hand for heavy lifting and MARVELOUS MAIREAD on hand to come up with all the ideas, however there were times when she really did take the biscuit!
GORGEOUS GRACE played a smooth game throughout and we got everything cleared with Steve literally taking the last straw before saying goodbye and heading home for some fitness fun!
This week we had a lunging linked course featuring;
- Press Up's
- Controlled Dips
- Box Jumps
- Calf Raises
- Controlled Let Downs
Once spent, we stretched off and said our goodbyes until next week.

Educational Learning Support Hub has been providing Educational learning support to our Local community, Migrants, Asylum Seekers and Refugees for the past 3 years. Our friendly volunteers are Confident and Committed and have experience in providing support in reading, writing, speaking and explaining practical strategies of listening and supporting students with a straightforward positive plan.
