All went well, Ms Y was a good student and she wrote down what I said to her and asked for homework, I was very impressed. She is good with her computer but just needed encouragement and practice. We had a good chat and I hope her dentist appointment went well after I left.

Ms Y mentioned she will need a few more lessons which I agreed. Am sure in no time she will be a “cool” figure to her friends and family.
