Mrs E told me as soon as she answered the door that she was a bit tearful today. But, she quickly added, not sad tears, but happy tears. She had become a great-grandmother that morning for the third time. She's really looking forward to seeing baby Olivia at Christmas. We talked about all things Christmas, and our plans, but did find time for a cup of tea and a mince pie as the time just flew by.

Aww lovely news! Hope Mrs E enjoys those cuddles at Christmas. How impressive to have 3 great grandchildren. None of my children’s great grandparents managed that while they were alive. Well done on your visit Sheila x
