Chicken run 🐓

Mrs M was very chatty today. Despite setting out a little early for the mission, I still spent the full hour and a half helping out and catching up with her on the doorstep. Tesco had most of the items required, I just had to collect a cabbage from Sainsburys. Sadly battered cod was nowhere to be found (hopefully better luck next week!) The largest item on the list today was a whole chicken, which made me think of the film… coincidentally we ended up chatting about Chicken Run after the group session tonight in Hounslow!

Mrs M also had a letter to post, so after a quick bit of Googling I took 85p of her change (stamps are far more expensive than I remember!) with me to the Post Office on my way back to work to get that sorted for her.
