With Storm Alex in full flow, I put on my run geared and braced myself for a soggy start to Saturday morning. Got myself to Ms P to collect her list...but it turns out her family had driven across London the day before to do it.

Ms P was very apologetic but we had a nice natter on the doorstep about the weather, the pandemic, the way door frames should be standardised for furniture (I though this was something only GoodGymmers thought about!) and life in general instead. So no food for the cupboards, but food for the soul instead.
