Chase the train
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Lea Bridges Junior parkrun in Norwich.

A morning for hat, scarf, gloves , wellies and sunglasses if you were volunteering today, especially at the far end of the course. It was a case of the youngsters chasing the 9am train today as they set off as the train approached the park. 14 set off and all were running today so the tail walker was jogging to keep up.
