2 GoodGymers made their way 6.8km in a race in Bristol.

2 Bristol GoodGymers ran a 5k parkrun as part of the GoodGym Bristol race calendar.
Dave and Deb (and Deb's hubby, Paul) met at The Ridings in Chipping Sodbury on a damp, yet muggy, Saturday morning to take part in the latest parkrun in the GoodGym Bristol race series.
Having compared notes on their "Oscars" (Dave's dog, Deb's new grandson) they were off and running, although both were holding something in reserve - Dave heading off to the GoodGym Bristol task later, with Deb and Paul heading off to Bedford to visit said new grandson, but also with one eye on tomorrow's Cheddar Gorge 10k (good luck Deb and Paul).
Always a nice start to the weekend!
