Final session with the brilliant Certitude Hounslow Crew back at Lampton Park.
I top finish to the sessions with some pacy walking followed by some mobilisation and strength work before we all dominated a series of relays and shuttle runs.
A great series of sessions which everyone really enjoyed and got a lot from.
