I phoned M for the first of our biweekly natters. She was really grateful for the company as she had been feeling really lonely today, so we had a good chat about a radio 3 programme, how I find working from home and the latest news in our lives. I was caught red-handed as she heard me clattering around, washing up my saucepan as I made lunch for tomorrow - but it provided more conversation about the benefits of packed-lunches.

Looking forward to our Sunday chat
