In the continued absence of ParkRun from Mountsfield Park, what better way to keep the course worn than a stroll with a litter-picker and couple of sturdy bin-bags?!

Whilst the weather may be cooling, the park still collects a lot of leavings from people's weekly visits and one lap was sufficient to fill 2 bags. If by an area's litter may you know it, Catford is clearly on the up as today's most frequent picks, in reverse, order were...

  1. Artisan bread crusts (clearly the local wildlife aren't as keen on thier sour dough!)
  2. Pom-Bear crisp packets
  3. Mineral water bottles
