Catford PickRun (well... stroll, really!)
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

In the continued absence of ParkRun from Mountsfield Park, what better way to keep the course worn than a stroll with a litter-picker and couple of sturdy bin-bags?!
Whilst the weather may be cooling, the park still collects a lot of leavings from people's weekly visits and one lap was sufficient to fill 2 bags. If by an area's litter may you know it, Catford is clearly on the up as today's most frequent picks, in reverse, order were...
- Artisan bread crusts (clearly the local wildlife aren't as keen on thier sour dough!)
- Pom-Bear crisp packets
- Mineral water bottles
