Calling Tech Support

I was greeted by a lovely couple and their dog, thankfully I could park in their front yard. I had a look at the phone settings then zoom settings, changed a few bits then tested it with a zoom call from my phone to his. We repeated the process 3 times to make sure it works and Mr J was comfortable on how to join a zoom call and enable audio. I also helped his wife install zoom on her phone and tested that 3 times. This way they have a backup in case his phone fails. They were both pleased with the outcome and so was their dog.
