Mr G had an irritating problem - his phone was displaying all his missed calls and he couldn't clear them. As he is registered blind he was finding it difficult to find the right setting.

Olivia and I are not blind, had the instruction manual, and both consider ourselves reasonably good with technology. However it still took us five minutes or so to navigate to the right setting and delete them for him!

We left him with some written instructions on how to do it next time, had a chat, then were on our way.
