So, we knew we would be building a bed for Mr B to be able to come home from hospital, but not being expert bed builders we were a little concerned at how complicated it might have been...

Luckily Mrs D was there to direct Karen and I as to what needed doing. We had to move some furniture out of the way first which required a bit of shuffling around. Once the freezer, armchair, coffee table and lamp were out of the way we slid the pieces of the bed into the correct room and set to putting it together. Now at this point we could lie and say that it had lots of pieces and slats and required the use of power tools....but it turns out... it was probably the easiest bed we could have possibly built!

To our delight, there were hardly any screws needed at all! Nevertheless, Mrs D was singing our praises and could not get over how quickly we put the bed together and figured it out without any instructions.

Feeling good and like independent ladies, we set on our way and were glad we could lend a helping hand to someone who needed us today.
