Today's main task along with sorting the food delivery at the Borough Food Collective (BFC) was cutting cheddar cheese and making them into blocks so that they can be sold.

Along with fellow GoodGymer Belinda, we managed to make 64 portions out of two large blocks of cheese. The other volunteers were impressed with our cutting skills.

As usual, the delivery was a varied selection, which today included multiple cans of Pepsi Max, carrots, strawberries, yoghurts for children and bread from Gails.
